  Nxesi said that the "Labour Activation Plan" launched this time is a large-scale labor skills training project. The project cooperates with the South African Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF), the Gauteng Provincial Government and other departments to provide South African Provide opportunities for unemployed people, young entrepreneurs and other groups to integrate into the labor market or start individual businesses.

  Nxesi revealed that the "Workforce Activation Program" cost a total of 23.8 billion rand (approximately RMB 9.217 billion), and beneficiaries can receive training opportunities lasting from 12 to 36 months. The program will be rolled out in phases, starting with a pilot in Gauteng before being rolled out to other provinces.
