Medvedev considered that Ukrainian officials were the real organizers of the attack on the Moscow Ballroom and that they were covering themselves under the cloak of the (European) ISIS organization.

Dmitry Medvedev, deputy head of Russia's Security Council, said French President Emmanuel Macron and some Western leaders were "accomplices" and "international sponsors" of the deadly attack on a Moscow concert hall two weeks ago.

Medvedev confirmed in a post on his account on the Telegram platform yesterday, Saturday, that the perpetrators of the bloody attack on the Kirkus City Hall concert hall in Moscow, in which 144 people were killed, were arrested, according to official data.

Medvedev pointed out that despite multiple references to their affiliation with ISIS-K, "these scoundrels are not religious fanatics ready to die for their beliefs. They are primitive hired killers who are trained for little money."

He added, "As for the organizers, their matter is somewhat more complicated, and this is the reason for fabricating the responsibility of ISIS (Islamic State), which the extremists happily confirmed," considering that "they always do this with the aim of increasing their (propaganda) capital, and they do not ignore money either, and perhaps They got their share."

They hide under the cloak of ISIS

Medvedev considered that Ukrainian officials were the real organizers of the attack, "and they are still hiding under the cloak of the terrorist organization ISIS," and said that their (the Ukrainians') idea behind the attack was to "compensate for failures on the front with terrorist attacks."

He also considered that senior officials in the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) countries were “accomplices and sponsors of the attack,” but he singled out the French president, saying that “his speech and actions can be described as complicit in the terrorist attack that occurred on March 22nd.”

He continued, "It is clear that Macron and some other Western leaders are sponsoring this heinous terrorist attack. This is unforgivable. One cannot hide behind impunity here. From now on, they are not simple enemies of Russia."

It is noteworthy that the Islamic State organization announced its responsibility for the armed attack on the concert hall in Moscow, while the Russian authorities announced the arrest of 11 people as part of the investigation into the attack.
