The "Notice" pointed out that in order to thoroughly study and implement the revised "Regulations on Disciplinary Punishments of the Communist Party of China" (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations"), with the consent of the Party Central Committee, from April to July 2024, party discipline study and education will be carried out throughout the party.
The "Notice" makes it clear that we must adhere to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, focus on solving the problems of some party members and cadres who are not paying attention to, do not understand, and do not master the party rules and disciplines, and organize party members, especially party members and leading cadres, to study seriously "Regulations", we must learn discipline, know discipline, understand discipline, and abide by discipline, understand what the party's discipline and rules are, understand what can and cannot do, engrave compliance with discipline in the heart, internalize it into the code of words and deeds, and further Strengthen the awareness of discipline, strengthen self-discipline, improve immunity, strengthen political determination, disciplinary determination, moral determination, and anti-corruption determination, and always be loyal, clean and responsible.
The "Notice" emphasizes that party discipline study and education should focus on integrating into daily life and grasping it regularly. We must learn from the original source, adhere to the combination of personal self-study and concentrated learning, closely follow the party's political discipline, organizational discipline, integrity discipline, mass discipline, work discipline, and life discipline to conduct discussions, and promote the "Regulations" to be incorporated into the mind and heart. It is necessary to strengthen warning education, deeply analyze typical cases of disciplinary violations, and focus on using things around them to educate people around them, so that party members and cadres can be alert, understand the bottom line, and know to be in awe. Interpretation and training must be strengthened to deepen the understanding and application of the Regulations. In the 2024 democratic life meeting of the leadership team at or above the county level and the organizational life meeting of grassroots party organizations, the study and implementation of the "Regulations" will be an important part of the comparative inspection.
The "Notice" requires that party committees (party groups) at all levels should regard the study and education of party discipline as an important political task, carefully organize the implementation, and strengthen supervision and implementation.
