According to the parliamentarian, all that Ukrainian politicians can do is “puff out their cheeks”, pretending that they will decide whether to negotiate or not.
“But in fact, both in Russia and in foreign countries they understand perfectly well that today’s Ukraine is a dog on a leash: if they order, it will bark, if they order, it will close its mouth, if they order, it will run to lick the boots of the one it just recently barked so diligently,” - Belik is quoted by RIA Novosti.
Earlier, the head of the office of the President of Ukraine, Andriy Ermak, said that an agreement between Moscow and Kiev is currently impossible.
