Supporters of Palestine began a hunger strike near the headquarters of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Paris, in solidarity with Gaza, and denouncing the Israeli aggression against it that has been ongoing for half a year.

A large number of demonstrators gathered near the French Foreign Ministry in Paris, at the invitation of the "Liberation March", a European movement in support of the Palestinian people.

The statement published by the movement said: “Our action aims to urge the French state to exert diplomatic pressure for the immediate entry of humanitarian aid that has been withheld for months at the Ashdod crossing and the Egyptian Rafah crossing, and to ensure its unhindered access to the Gaza Strip by land.”

Plus 13,000 children were assassinated by the Israeli army.

This is the 73rd day.

It's too late for 20 minutes in the gas station!

The demonstrators carried the Palestinian flag and banners with phrases written on them such as: “Stop apartheid, stop violating international law, stop genocide, Israel is a criminal, Macron (the French president) is a partner, stop the massacre of the Palestinian people.”

The demonstrators lined up side by side wearing white T-shirts bearing the letters “genocide,” while some activists covered their ears or mouths with their hands.

Some demonstrators also expressed their protest by lying on the ground to represent the Palestinians who were martyred during the Israeli aggression on Gaza. They also placed small palms on the ground with red paint representing the dead children of Gaza.

Frenchwoman Tess, a member of the March for Freedom group, said that 10 people began a hunger strike for the sake of the people of Gaza who have been suffering from hunger for about 6 months.

Tess told Anatolia - refusing to reveal her surname - that this symbolic act aims to show solidarity with the victims of the attacks on Gaza, and that Israel deliberately starved the residents of the Strip.

She added, "Today, we are before the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to condemn the complicity of France, which continues to export missiles and weapons to Israel."

She stressed that France has not imposed sanctions on Israel to date, and that the hunger strike will continue for 3 days near the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
