Three dead young people, one of them a minor, and two seriously injured,
is the tragic result of the traffic accident that occurred this morning at 9:30 a.m. on the M-406, near Leganés in the direction of Alcorcón.
The Seat Ibiza in which the five young people were traveling
jumped a traffic light
that regulates an intersection and they collided with a van and then with an intercity bus. Two of them died instantly and the third at the health center. The occupants of the van were unharmed, while two slightly injured people who were traveling on the bus were treated.
The event occurred at the intersection of the M-406 with Rey Pastor, in the Vereda de los Estudiantes. The
mayor of Leganés,
Miguel Ángel Recuenco, has expressed his regret for this tragic accident.
