The judge has decreed this Saturday
provisional prison without bail
for the 27-year-old detainee for allegedly
killing his 5-year-old son
and seriously injuring the mother, his 29-year-old partner, in Bellcaire d'Empordà (Girona).
The case is open for the alleged crimes of murder and attempted murder, both with the aggravating circumstances of gender, cruelty and relationship, the TSJC reports in a statement.
There is no judicial record
of violence between the couple, although there is a complaint in Mossos from a third person in July 2022 for the crime of damage, and for which the woman was summoned but did not testify or file a complaint.
The woman is evolving well
The woman continues to "evolve favorably in serious condition" at the
Trueta Hospital in Girona
, sources close to the case told Europa Press this Saturday.
The duty court of La Bisbal d'Empordà will be inhibited in the coming days in the investigating court 4, in charge of cases of violence against women.
The man was located and arrested in Albons (Girona), a town about 4 kilometers from Bellcaire d'Empordà, on Wednesday morning, after having committed the crime early Wednesday morning.
