A resident of Kharkov said that he had to move because his work requires the Internet, and the electricity began to be cut off frequently.

According to him, people began to move en masse to Dnepropetrovsk, so housing prices there have risen sharply.

“A lot of people are moving from Kharkov, there are no good options, prices have risen, realtors take 75%, and as soon as a good option appears, someone immediately takes it,” he added.

Earlier it was reported that residents of Kharkov were urged not to use elevators due to a shortage of electricity.
