The president of the PP Alberto Núñez Feijóo has made his debut in the electoral campaign with the express request for support to the moderate voters of the PNV but also to the PSOE who "are tired of whitewashing Bildu", Feijóo has presented his party as the " moral alternative" in the Basque Country, Feijóo has warned that PNV and Bildu do not want to govern together but rather activate a 'Basque-style process' after 21-A with independence as a shared objective.

Feijóo wanted to value "the word" of the Basque PP in the face of Sánchez's lies and has demanded that his party not put a ceiling on itself in the Basque elections of the next 21-A. And he has called on "many disappointed Basques" to join the 130,000 voters who trusted the PP in the July 2023 elections. The leader of the PP has made his debut in the electoral campaign by valuing the "word and commitments" acquired by the PP in an event that was held next to the Vitoria City Council, the institution governed by the socialist Maider Etxebarria.

Feijóo has warned about the interests shared by PNV and Bildu to activate a sovereignty process starting on 21-A. "They are not going to govern anything but the only thing they agree is to open a sovereignty process for a man who has 8 Castilian surnames and says he is an independentist," Feijóo stated, referring to the nationalist Imanol Pradales. Feijóo has warned that the objective of EH Bildu and the PNV is "advancing in a Basque process."

A sovereign drift in which PNV and EH Bildu will have the support of Pedro Sánchez's PSOE, according to Feijóo. "The PSOE feeds the independence movement and the independence movement is the staff of sanchismo," Feijóo stated before his militants and affiliates.

Faced with this post-electoral scenario, Feijóo and his colleagues from the Basque PP have insisted that only they are the "alternative" to the current government of PNV and the Basque PSOE. "We are the only alternative for change in Euskadi; it is a responsibility that cannot be delegated. We are the moral alternative to the amalgamation of parties that govern together in Spain and Navarra," he highlighted.

Feijóo, in addition, has expressly referred to the statements of Imanol Pradales who has pointed out Sánchez's "nonsense" in facilitating EH Bildu to take over the Mayor's Office of the capital of Navarra together with PNV and Podemos. "Do you think that we Basques have no memory? They say that the capital of Euskal Herria is Pamplona; the majority of Basques say that the capital of Euskadi is Vitoria and of Navarra Pamplona," Feijóo stated before the eyes of the president of the Navarrese PP Javier García and deputy Carlos García Adanero.

De Andrés has also raised the possibility that PNV and Bildu will make a "pamplonada" in Euskadi that would entail a "rupture with Spain" that would mean "breaking with the Basque jurisdictions." The Basque PP candidate for Lehendakari has insisted on his "open Euskadi" away from nationalist "indoctrination." "Spain is the home of the Basques" De Andrés has proclaimed that he has launched an 'Aupa Athletic' on the eve of the Copa del Rey final that the Biscayan team will play against Mallorca.

The political heat to a still soulless campaign has been activated by the president of the PP of Álava Iñaki Oyarzabal who has appealed to the Alavaism of the PP to announce a "surprise" in this Historical Territory in which the polls predict the victory of EH Bildu. Oyarzábal has also warned about the consequences for the Basque Country of the "skull trio", citing Imanol Pradales, Pello Otxandiano and Eneko Andueza because they are not trustworthy.

The Basque PP has had the support of regional leaders such as the president of Castilla y León Alfonso Pérez Mañueco and the president of the PP of Navarra Javier García. At the event, the number two of the Basque PP Esther Martínez has tried to deactivate the "speech of fear" that the PNV is using to counteract the increase in electoral support for EH Bildu that the polls predict. "The only alternative is the one formed by Javier de Andrés compared to the tired recipe of the nationalists," claimed Esther Martínez, PP candidate for Vizcaya.
