The air raid alert in the city began at approximately 16:00 Moscow time; since then, the Ukrainian publication Obshchestvennoe has already reported three times about explosions in the Kharkov area.

On April 4, the coordinator of the Nikolaev underground, Sergei Lebedev, referring to his colleagues from Kharkov, said that the Russian military’s attack on military facilities in Kharkov hit the tank school of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with foreign tanks and instructors. According to Ukrainian media, industrial enterprises and energy infrastructure were also damaged.

As Ian Gagin, adviser to the head of the DPR Denis Pushilin, noted, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are preparing Kharkov for hostilities.
