  Guan Feng also revealed that the Chang'e-8 mission provides opportunities for international cooperation to carry 200 kilograms. It has received multiple applications for lunar surface operating robots and scientific payloads from Thailand, and is currently undergoing project selection. The teams of both parties will conduct further cooperation and communication in the near future. In the future, China and Thailand will carry out extensive cooperation in the demonstration, implementation, operation and application of the international lunar scientific research station, including but not limited to joint demonstration of scientific objectives, joint design and development, joint research and development, joint testing, joint scientific data research, and joint talents training and other aspects.

  Regarding the progress of the construction of the international lunar scientific research station, Guan Feng said that China is currently implementing the fourth phase of the lunar exploration project, and the main goal is to build a basic model of the international lunar scientific research station. The follow-up international lunar scientific research station mission is under in-depth demonstration. In terms of international cooperation, China has signed cooperation agreements with more than a dozen countries and international organizations, and welcomes more countries and international organizations to discuss, build and share together to jointly build human lunar scientific research facilities.

  Currently, many countries have expressed their willingness to participate in the construction of international lunar scientific research stations. Guan Feng said that exploring the vast universe is the common dream of all mankind. Lunar exploration can not only answer scientific questions such as where the moon came from and the relationship between the earth and the moon, but also answer application questions about how to use lunar resources, such as whether helium-3 can be extracted and whether vegetables can be grown in lunar soil.
