Three men have been arrested in the Sevillian town of Écija for allegedly gang raping a
17-year-old
minor whom they had picked up at a nightclub in the neighboring town of La Carlota, already in the province of Córdoba.
The arrest, which sources from the National Police Force have confirmed to EL MUNDO, occurred after the victim reported the attack to which he had been subjected after returning to Écija from the La Carlota nightclub
in the car
with the suspicious.
The events occurred
in the early hours of this Sunday
, when the victim and her alleged rapists met at the nightclub after it closed. Those now detained offered to take the young woman and a friend she was with back to Écija and it was after leaving the latter that the rape occurred.
Those arrested are Colombian nationals and have already been brought to the disposal of the judge, who has ordered their
imprisonment
accused of the crime of rape.
