“Units of the Southern Group of Forces occupied more advantageous positions and defeated the manpower and equipment of the 28th Mechanized, 92nd Assault Brigades of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and the 241st Terrorist Defense Brigade,” the department said in a statement.
