“Today, the active phase of the development of spring floods is observed in 34 regions of Russia, 384 residential buildings are flooded,” the department told the TASS agency.
It is clarified that at the same time, flooding affected more than 5 thousand household plots, 150 low-water bridges and 102 sections of roads.
The most difficult situation so far is in Altai, although the water there is beginning to recede.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations added that the department’s rescuers carry out preventive measures around the clock and monitor the flood situation.
Earlier it was reported that a state of emergency was introduced in the Altai Territory due to the situation with spring floods.
