In his opinion, this is largely an “internal Polish affair”, designed to attract votes and raise the patriotic spirit.

Commenting on the possibility of raising defense spending to 3% of GDP, the expert explained that most countries are doing this “reluctantly.”

He cited the example of Holland, which has not yet raised the level to 2%, although it is participating in the armament of Ukraine “to the fullest extent.”
