According to the Nanjing Anti-Japanese Aviation Martyrs Memorial Hall, the museum will successively publish the list of Anti-Japanese Aviation Martyrs through the official website of Zhongshan Scenic Area. The first batch of information released is about 1,468 Chinese anti-Japanese aviation heroes. The list of anti-Japanese aviation heroes from the former Soviet Union and the United States will be released in batches in the future.

It is understood that the information related to the Chinese anti-Japanese aviation heroes released this time includes the names, place of birth, birth and death dates of the heroes, etc. Previously, based on research work over the years and feedback from the martyrs’ relatives, the memorial hall had corrected and supplemented some of the information on the monument and cenotaph.

The staff of the memorial hall expressed that they hope that in this way, on the one hand, they can strengthen the collection of information on heroes and martyrs, facilitate more relatives of martyrs to query information, and provide more information on heroes and martyrs; on the other hand, they hope to use social forces, including relatives of martyrs, to find errors and be corrected.

The Nanjing Anti-Japanese Aviation Martyrs Memorial Hall has also launched a "Martyrs' Relatives Contact Book", which includes a brief introduction to the martyrs' deeds, information registration of martyrs' relatives, and records of visits. As part of the archiving service for martyrs' relatives, the "Contact Book for Martyrs' Relatives" will be distributed in two copies per person (i.e., one martyr), that is, one copy will be kept by the relatives of the martyrs and one by the memorial hall.

The Nanjing Anti-Japanese Aviation Martyrs Memorial Hall is located at the northern foot of Nanjing's Purple Mountain. It is the first international Anti-Japanese Aviation Martyrs Memorial Hall in China and one of the first batch of national anti-Japanese war memorial facilities and sites. It houses the air forces and aviation warriors of China, the Soviet Union, the United States and other countries during the Second World War. The names of 4,296 Chinese and foreign anti-Japanese aviation martyrs are engraved on the Martyrs’ Monument at the Aviation Martyrs Cemetery.
