Patrushev: traces of the terrorist attack at Crocus lead to the US-controlled intelligence services in Kyiv

He emphasized that the Kiev regime is not independent, but is completely controlled by Washington, RIA Novosti reports.

“It must also be taken into account that ISIS*, al-Qaeda** and other terrorist organizations were created by Washington,” Patrushev added.

In addition, he recalled that those who committed the terrorist attack in Crocus and their accomplices were arrested during an attempt to break through to the Russian state border, where a “window” for crossing was being prepared from Ukraine.

Earlier, the Russian Foreign Ministry stated that investigative actions indicate that traces of terrorist attacks in the country lead to Kyiv.
