According to Kadyrov, he received a message from the deputy head of the administration of the head and government of Chechnya, Khadizhat Kadyrova, that many Chechens, due to lack of financial resources, are forced to buy goods on credit.
“It will be good if everyone takes over the plot and pays off the debts,” he said.
The head of the republic added that he would repay the debts that exist in the area where he lives.
Earlier, Kadyrov called on security forces to be on constant combat readiness in order to repel threats against Russia.
