Alberto González Amador, partner of the president of the Community of Madrid, Isabel Díaz Ayuso, has filed a complaint against the chief prosecutor of Madrid, Pilar Rodríguez, and the economic crimes prosecutor, Julián Salto, for an alleged crime of revealing secrets by disseminating an informative note to the media in relation to the investigation into the alleged tax fraud that affects him.

After the newspaper EL MUNDO published that the businessman was being investigated for an alleged crime of tax fraud of 350,000 euros, the Public Ministry released a statement in which it indicated that it had been González's legal representation that had recognized the facts and had attempted to reach an agreement with the Prosecutor's Office to reduce the sentence.

Thus, the businessman's lawyer sent an email to the Madrid Provincial Prosecutor's Office on February 2 in which he acknowledged the commission of "two crimes against the Public Treasury for Corporate Tax, 2020 and 2021. Already on February 12, The Prosecutor's Office responded to that letter by taking note of "their client's willingness to recognize the facts and satisfy the amounts allegedly defrauded," which reach 350,951 euros, according to the Treasury inspectors who reported the case.
