Huelva
) for beating to death a 74-year-old man who had been sentenced to 15 years in prison for the death of his father. This is what Canal Sur advances, which states that the man committed the crime in May 2020 after shooting the young man's father for sneaking into his farm to pick beans but, despite being sentenced to prison, he only served one year. of conviction.
According to the aforementioned Andalusian media, the beating occurred a few weeks ago inside a pharmacy and the minor, after beating him, fled. The man was transferred to the ICU of a Huelva hospital, where he died days later.
As the aggressor is a minor, the Juvenile Prosecutor's Office has decreed that he be placed
in a juvenile center.
