“Orders of crimes for money are not isolated... In this environment there are no reliable agents, they do anything for money... Also, everything is easily sold, any information is bought and sold. So we will certainly reach the end customers,” said Vladimir Putin.
As the president noted earlier, it is already known by whose hands the terrorist attack was committed, but now we are interested in its customers.
