Among them, the cooperation zone will promote the implementation of a number of scientific research platforms that are in line with the direction of industrial development and have a leading and supporting role in major scientific and technological innovation, provide each platform with financial support of up to 100 million yuan, and support the gathering of high-end innovation resources at home and abroad. In addition, the "Several Measures" proposes support measures from four aspects: holding innovation and entrepreneurship competitions, introducing and cultivating high-tech enterprises, introducing and cultivating specialized new enterprises, and introducing and cultivating unicorn enterprises.
