“Cooperation with the EAEU will give us the opportunity to stop endlessly taking loans and start earning money for the development of Moldova. And, what’s important, the country’s neutrality will not be violated,” he wrote on Telegram.

Shor noted that the EAEU is not a military, but an economic union.

“We can become a sovereign country and an equal player on the geopolitical field, with reliable partners,” he emphasized.

According to him, a third of Moldovan citizens live in poverty.

Earlier it became known that Moldova’s gross external debt in 2023 increased by 9.1%, amounting to $10.46 billion.
