As of the end of 2023, Hebei has completed the restoration and reconstruction tasks of approximately 165,000 disaster-stricken rural houses, including reinforcement, repair, and new construction. The remaining 21,600 new construction tasks will be completed before the winter of 2024.
In order to ensure the smooth completion of the rural housing reconstruction task this year, Hebei will fully implement support policies, actively provide design, building materials, and construction services, and provide technical guidance and completion acceptance. The province will actively promote the "Hebei Province Rural Housing Construction Guidelines" and "Hebei Province Rural Housing Design Plan Collection" to provide farmers with safe and applicable farm house design plans that are in line with farmers' living habits and have local characteristics based on local characteristics; in terms of structural safety , energy saving and insulation, etc., and put forward house building suggestions based on the needs of farmers.
