“Security authorities detained three bandits who were planning to commit a number of terrorist crimes,” the statement said.
According to the NAC, during an inspection of the place where the militants were detained, automatic weapons, ammunition and an improvised explosive device were discovered.
Earlier it was reported that the CTO regime was introduced in the Leninsky and Sovetsky districts of Makhachkala and in Kaspiysk of Dagestan.
Later, information appeared that armed terrorists were blocked in several apartments of residential buildings in Makhachkala and Kaspiysk.
