The statement said that on March 31, campaigns were held throughout Russia to plant crocuses - flowers symbolizing hope and rebirth.

On March 30, a minute of silence was announced at Crocus City Hall before the concert in memory of those killed in the terrorist attack.
Representatives of about 130 diplomatic missions and international organizations took part in the event in memory of the victims of the terrorist attack in Crocus.
