A source at the World Bank reported this to TASS.

Speaking about the World Bank's loan to Kyiv in the amount of $1.5 billion, the agency's interlocutor noted that the Russian directorate of the international financial organization voted against this project.

“If in 2025 Western creditors refuse to write off Kyiv’s debts, including the debts of private companies and banks, the country may face bankruptcy,” he said.

Earlier, Verkhovna Rada deputy Dmitry Razumkov said that there is no money in the Ukrainian budget for mobilization.
