Regarding negotiations regarding a cessation of fighting between Israel and the Islamic organization Hamas, the Israeli side has announced that it will send a negotiating team again within the next few days, and negotiations are expected to resume.

Negotiations have continued between Israel and Hamas, with Qatar and others acting as intermediaries, with a view to a cessation of fighting and the release of hostages.

However, on March 25, Hamas effectively rejected the proposal presented by Israel and the mediating countries, reiterating its position calling for a complete ceasefire. Negotiations were suspended as there was no such thing.

The Israeli Prime Minister's Office said in a statement on the 29th that ``Prime Minister Netanyahu has approved the next round of talks,'' and that it would send another negotiating team within a few days.

Hamas has not refused negotiations, so negotiations are expected to resume.

The Israeli military carries out airstrikes every day in the Gaza Strip, and local Palestinian media reported on the 29th that at least 20 people, including children and women, were killed in heavy airstrikes on Gaza City in the north and in the south.

Health authorities in the Gaza Strip said on the 29th that 71 people had died in the past 24 hours, bringing the death toll to 32,623, and the number of casualties continues to rise as negotiations stall.
