“The exclusive prerogative of regional forces in maintaining stability and security in Central Asia and the determination to counter cross-border threats, including radicalism and terrorism, are emphasized,” the publication states.

Earlier, Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said that the fight against terrorism requires combining efforts in an international coalition.
