On March 25, the Central Inspection Leading Group held a centralized feedback meeting on the second round of inspections of the 20th Central Committee. The meeting conveyed and studied the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech when he listened to the Central Committee’s second round of inspection reports, informed the common problems discovered during the inspection, and made arrangements for rectification during the inspection. From March 26 to 29, 15 central inspection teams conducted "one-on-one" feedback to the 27 centrally managed enterprises and 6 functional department party committees (party groups) inspected this time. According to the Central Inspection Work Arrangement, each Central Inspection Team notified the principals of the inspected party organizations of the outstanding problems discovered during the inspection, and reported the inspection situation to the leadership team.
Feedback pointed out that in recent years, centrally managed enterprises have made new progress in comprehensively and strictly administering the party, and have made important contributions to promoting economic development, scientific and technological progress, and ensuring people's livelihood. It has played an important role in deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises.
This round of inspections also discovered some problems existing in the inspected party organizations. Some have gaps in promoting high-quality development. They do not focus enough on the development of their main businesses, are not strong in scientific and technological innovation, do not have adequate control over subordinate enterprises, and are not effective enough in preventing and resolving risks. Some do not fulfill their responsibilities of comprehensively and strictly governing the party, and some key positions, Integrity risks are prominent in key areas, and mental problems that violate the eight central regulations have occurred from time to time; there are shortcomings in the construction of some leadership teams and cadre talent teams, and the construction of grassroots party organizations is relatively weak.
The feedback requires that the inspected party organizations must thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, conscientiously implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech when he listened to the inspection report, completely, accurately and comprehensively implement the new development concept, firmly establish and practice Adhere to a correct view of political performance, solidly perform responsibilities and missions, and achieve "two safeguards" with practical actions. It is necessary to establish a firm bottom-line thinking, comprehensively investigate potential risks, and take effective measures to prevent and resolve risks. Feedback emphasized that the purpose of inspections to identify problems is to solve them. The inspected party organizations must conscientiously implement the newly revised "Regulations on Inspection Work of the Communist Party of China", enhance political awareness, fully understand that rectification is to implement the Party Central Committee's major decisions and arrangements, to promote high-quality development, to fulfill the responsibility of comprehensively and strictly governing the party, and to dare to The blade of the knife points inward, digging deep into the root cause of the disease and prescribing the right medicine. It is necessary to establish a problem list, a task list, and a responsibility list. The "top leader" must take the first and overall responsibility, personally handle it, and take the lead in making changes.
