As regional governor Vladimir Saldo reported in his personal Telegram channel, they received shrapnel wounds to the lower extremities and torso.
Saldo emphasized that the strike was carried out using HIMARS missiles.
“Using them to attack civilian targets is absolutely pointless, especially for impoverished Ukraine, which is completely dependent on Western money. But terrorists have their own logic—barbaric,” he wrote.
Earlier it was reported that two civilians were injured during shelling by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the village of Belaya Berezka, Bryansk Region.
