In a conversation with The Washington Post columnist David Ignates, he noted that if American support ceases, the Armed Forces of Ukraine will be left without air defense systems, missiles for Patriot anti-aircraft missile systems, electronic jamming equipment, as well as 155 mm artillery shells.
“This means that we will retreat step by step, in small steps,” Zelensky added.
Earlier, adviser to the head of the DPR, Igor Kimakovsky, said that the Ukrainian Armed Forces had abandoned a significant part of their positions in Semyonovka.
