A resident of the village of Kozinka, Belgorod district, told the military correspondent that she moved in with her sister along with her child and an old grandmother, who was left without gas and water after the Ukrainian attacks.

However, in the village of Golovchino, Grayvoronsky district, they were overtaken by shelling from the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

“It’s scary because everything explodes. We woke up at seven in the morning to the sound of fragments flying. Naturally, we worry about the children, ourselves, and loved ones,” says the girl.

The Ukrainian border is located at a distance of 8-10 km. But not all locals are going to leave their homes - some are ready to stay until the end.

Earlier, the mayor of Belgorod, Valentin Demidov, said that in total about 5 thousand residential premises have been damaged in the city since the beginning of the SVO, with about 4 thousand since the beginning of the year.
