Tusk said that the most worrying thing at the moment is that any scenario is considered possible in the literal sense. "We have not witnessed a situation like this since 1945," he added. In that year, World War II ended with the surrender of Hitler's Germany.
At the same time, Tusk said that he is observing a revolution in the European mentality, and no one questions the need to form a joint defense anymore.
