“The investigative authorities are investigating a criminal case against a man, A., based on his public statement on March 24, 2024, in a store in the city of Rubtsovsk, justifying a terrorist act committed in the Crocus City Hall building,” the website says.
Citizen of Uzbekistan A., born in 1993, was detained three days later.
The court arrested him for two months - until May 26.
Earlier in Bryansk, a student from Tajikistan was arrested for two months for promoting terrorism.
According to the investigation, he published posts on Telegram with videos containing signs of justification for the activities of ISIS*.
