This was announced by the head of the Samara branch of “Officers of Russia” Arthur Malivanchuk on his page on VKontakte.

Malivanchuk said that Myasnikov went to the Picnic concert with his wife and son. During the attack, he pushed them away and came under fire.

A few days later he died in hospital from his injuries. 

Myasnikov fought in Kosovo and Tajikistan, and spent the last two years in a special operation zone.

Earlier, the head of the Russian Ministry of Health, Mikhail Murashko, said that the condition of the 18 victims at Crocus remains serious.
