“In the Grodno region the situation was not ignored. The bus was taken from the border. The team was placed in one of the schools in the Oshmyany district. The team members were fed breakfast and lunch is being prepared. They were given the opportunity to take hygiene procedures,” the executive committee said in a statement.
The team will be provided with everything necessary, including food and, if necessary, medical care.
If EU countries do not allow the team to cross the border, then the only option is to fly home by plane, the authorities note.
