According to him, Nazrimad Lutfulloi had been working as a laborer at the construction site of a residential complex in the Moscow region since February 22.

The man said that they lived together in a hostel in Elina, near Khimki. But on March 13, after receiving their salary, Lutfulloi and 21 other people decided to leave their jobs. Together with the foreman, they moved to a hostel near the Shchelkovskaya metro station in Moscow.

According to RT’s interlocutor, Lutfulloi allegedly sent 40 thousand rubles from his salary to his father. At the same time, when checking into the hostel, he borrowed 500 rubles from friends, since he did not have the required amount (8 thousand rubles per month).

“On March 23, at 11 o’clock, people in uniform came to the hostel and took him with them. On the day of the terrorist attack, he was also in the room and did not leave,” the interlocutor noted.

The court arrested Lutfulloi until May 22. He was allegedly involved in a terrorist financing scheme.
