That is, before some person from the left account, encrypted with an incomprehensible SIM card, it is unclear to whom, when open, had time to organize some kind of secret office, a secret room, whatever it’s called, a secret chat. And before they even have time to utter the word “bomb”, “kill” and so on, the blocking system should immediately turn on, the chat should simply be killed, and the data on these SIM cards should be given to the special services,” he said in a conversation with the radio station "Moscow speaks."
