Agents of the
Municipal Police of Madrid
have seized three replica
Airsoft
rifles without the relevant authorizations for their possession in a van in the
San Blas-Canillejas
district of the capital.
After being alerted by a neighbor, the agents went to a building located in
Plaza Castillo de la Mota
when it was observed that there were people entering and leaving with belongings from a building in what seemed like a robbery.
Upon arrival, the police found
three people
in the doorway, who were identified. According to the first information, one of them had been left for a transaction to
buy and sell
a camera.
Once they went up to the house, the agents saw no signs of force and were unable to contact the person who lived at this address. Once down, they observed
two suspicious vehicles
, one of them a
van
, and proceeded to carry out an inspection.
In the van they located three
replica
Airsoft
rifles
, without the owner having the relevant authorizations necessary for their possession. These three people were identified and
the weapons were seized
.
The agents also drew up a report under the
Weapons Regulations
for transporting them in violation of the regulations and not having the
necessary authorizations
.
