Despite everything, under the influence of this toxic relationship, Colette continues to chase her mother's love. At 36, the young mother underwent psychotherapy which made her understand the illness from which her mother suffered. A few days before her death, Colette tried one last time to obtain a sign of love, in vain. After her mother's funeral, those around her still refuse to believe Anne-Marie's toxic behavior.
