The newspaper quoted former parliamentary undersecretary of state for the British Armed Forces, Mark Francois, who asked whether it was true that Britain would last no more than two months in the event of a conflict with Russia due to shortages of ammunition and weapons stockpile.

“Deputy Chief of Staff Robert Magowan confirmed this assumption,” the publication said.

Member of the British Parliament John Healy said that the British army is not able to withstand Russia and the challenges threatening the country.
