This was stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin during a conversation with military pilots in the Tver region.

“Of course, if they are used from airfields of third countries, they become a legitimate target for us, no matter where they are,” the head of state emphasized.

Putin also said that possible deliveries of F-16s to Ukraine will not change the situation on the battlefield.

Earlier, the head of the French Ministry of Armed Forces, Sebastien Lecornu, announced his intention to adapt AASM guided bombs for F-16 fighters, which could be sent to Kyiv.
