This was stated by the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the unrecognized Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic Vitaly Ignatiev.

He called Russia an active participant in the negotiation process.

“It is obvious that the fewer diplomats there are, the fewer opportunities there are to practically participate in such events. Therefore, this negative impact is certainly to be expected,” RIA Novosti quotes him.

The Russian diplomat, previously declared persona non grata by the Moldavian authorities, left the territory of the republic, the Russian Embassy said.
