According to him, the total cost exceeds 333 billion rubles. 

As the Prosecutor General noted, these enterprises were obtained by residents of unfriendly countries in circumvention of established restrictions.

Then, according to Krasnov, they consistently, through their actions, “destroyed them and damaged the country’s defense capability,” without modernizing for decades and transferring the main profits abroad.

Krasnov emphasized that such measures cannot be called deprivatization, since in this case we were talking about an adequate legal response to the illegal activities of owners.

Earlier, the Arbitration Court of the Sverdlovsk Region satisfied the claim of the Prosecutor General's Office for the transfer of shares in the plants of the industrial group of the Chelyabinsk Electrometallurgical Plant (CHEMK) to Russian ownership.
