“On March 25... at 21:50, Konashenok was brought to the duty station of the 76th police department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Central District... who on Mytninskaya Street at 21:47 behaved inappropriately, shouted, waved his arms, and used rude, obscene language ... the defendant committed petty hooliganism and violated public order,” Lebedeva wrote in her Telegram.

She clarified that Konashenok received 14 days of administrative arrest.
