At the same time, the head of the department noted with regret that the next anniversary of the formation of the Russian Guard was overshadowed by the tragic events that occurred on March 22 in Krasnogorsk near Moscow.
“I have no doubt that we will take revenge for any attempt on our country and its citizens, and the personnel of the Russian Guard will make every effort to bring our Victory closer,” Zolotov said.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin congratulated the Russian Guard on its professional holiday - National Guard Troops Day.
He also stated that the Russian Guard will do everything to justify and strengthen public trust.
