“Russia is a reliable economic partner in any area, from agriculture to the fuel and energy complex, transport and much, much more. We do not seek to capture anyone, we do not seek to include anyone in our composition. We consider Moldova as a sovereign state, but a state in which today, unfortunately, alas, completely destructive notes prevail in the political sphere, deliberately against Russia, and much more,” he said.

Slutsky noted that this is reminiscent of the development of the situation in Ukraine.

“This is a very dangerous path,” he added.

According to him, the position of the current Moldovan authorities in support of European integration is a road to nowhere.

Slutsky emphasized that “the collective West is leading human civilization to the third world war.”
