According to various etymological investigations, the word "abracadabra" - to which magical powers are attributed - would have its origin in Hebrew and would mean something like
"I will create while I speak."
To some, the idea that
"language constructs reality"
might seem far-fetched. However, for followers of ontology this is basically a law... And for
Alejandra Llamas
(53) it is the rule that governs the universe.

Llamas describes herself as a
coach
. However, the
Mexican
's resume is much more extensive. For example, Alejandra is the
host of three podcasts
-
Palabras al aire, Calíbrate
and
Mata a tu guru
-, which have already reached four million views. Additionally, she is the proud
writer
of 12 best sellers. Among them,
The Art of Knowing You
,
Free Yourself
and
The Golden Book,
his latest release, which aims to teach its readers to
"conquer life with purpose
and abundance", through "effective techniques that help create reality through statements".

"I wrote this book because my children told me 'if my friends or anyone who is not in the coaching world read one of your books, which one would you recommend?' And I thought 'I have to
write an agile, realistic, practical book,
with a lot of common sense and that motivates people to apply what they are reading. A text that encourages readers to
feel hope
in areas where they previously felt very trapped,'" he mentions about his book, where he refers to the importance of manifestation.

"Our ego
- which leads us to have a very limited perception - makes us think that we need a lot to achieve something. But that is a lacking way of seeing life, because the truth is that the universe is very generous.
Abundance has a thousand routes.
It is not just instant money. For example, a friend can invite you on a trip or you can find a person who has a plane and who will take you without having to pay. But, for that, you have to develop
the intention
and believe that everything is possible. And I tell you all this from
my own experience
," he comments.
Alejandra's career began in the early 90s in Mexico City. The speaker
studied textile design
and later founded an art gallery. However, in 1999, she decided to change her life and
move to Miami
to live a new adventure. "I started in the United States with an inflatable mattress and a little plastic table. And, according to me, I had nothing, because I felt like a victim. I
had depression, my father had died,
I was in debt and I felt alone, bad. But I did. You look from the outside, he had it all," he reveals.

"I had somewhere to sleep, I could afford a bottle of wine and
I sat with a glass on my balcony
that had views of the sea. I also had a great job:
I worked at RLM,"
he explains. RLM stands for
Rosa Lagarrigue Management
and is the company that the well-known representative founded four decades ago. "I was in charge of the office in Miami and I saw, together with her, the issue of
tours in Latin America.
And there we were both... Against a world of men. And that was what
I loved about Rosa: the confidence
that she had in herself," she says.
"I learned from the best
and to work with the best. I did negotiations for
artists like Bosé and Sanz,
I worried about the sponsors and I remember that as a very interesting experience. Miguel has changed a lot, but he is still a very talented man, and
working at Alejandro's side was a great honor.
At that time, we also signed great musicians like Bacilos and Pancho Céspedes and, quickly, I learned to be a businesswoman. But the pain persisted. I saw Rosa, who felt powerful, and I just longed to become one of those women who are capable of
leaving a marriage behind
and becoming confident people," she says.

Thus,
after divorcing her first husband,
Alejandra set out to find her peace and began
studying yoga, meditation and coaching,
which - in her words - "is a way to learn techniques, break patterns and get to know yourself better." . According to her own account, that "began to be woven into her interior" and soon
the vocation
of teaching was born. As a result, she traveled to Mexico, began to teach courses, opened a center and, finally, decided to offer a certification, so that others could also
spread her methodologies...
And thus the MMK Institute was born, the her school.
"I have found myself with
a career that I never imagined.
But I think this was the profession that I saw in my heart. I feel that this has been the gift that life gave me and I feel blessed. I have
a job that I love
and all the days I receive messages from people who thank me. I have a super stable partner and I think I have become the best mom. On the other hand, today I have a company with 12 employees and I think
I am a good businesswoman.
But the most important thing is that now I have an excellent relationship with myself," she concludes.
