As TASS reports, citing the department, the number of such calls has increased against the backdrop of the tragedy at Crocus City Hall.

“In particular, criminals located in Ukraine contact teenagers and invite them to commit terrorist acts for a monetary reward,” the statement said.

Earlier, paramedic Sergei Kashirin told how the capital’s doctors saved victims in Crocus.

The head of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin, said that the death toll as a result of the terrorist attack in the Crocus City Hall near Moscow has increased to 139.
